Built for owners who are already spraying jobs — and stuck on the business
This bootcamp assumes you already know how to spray foam and are actively running jobs. What it's built to fix is everything around that — sales, pricing, operations, and the numbers. If that's not where you're at yet, this isn't your starting point.
Apply for a Cohort
This is for you if…
- You're already running an SPF business — one truck or several crews.
- You're booked out (or close to it) and still not banking what you think you should be.
- You're pricing jobs off gut feel and aren't fully sure what you're actually keeping.
- You're the bottleneck — every decision, every schedule, every fire still runs through you.
- You've hit a growth ceiling and don't have a clear next step to get past it.
- You want concrete tools you can use immediately, not another year of trial and error.
This isn't for you if…
- You haven't sprayed a job yet and are still learning the technical application skill.
- You're deciding whether to get into the spray foam trade at all.
- You're looking for an ongoing, personal 1:1 coaching relationship over months or years.
- You want a formal certification or credential with continuing enrollment.
- You're hoping for fabricated success stories or guaranteed numbers rather than working frameworks.
A quick, honest word on the two things this bootcamp is not
Not a place to learn to spray foam
If you haven't sprayed a job yet, the technical application skill has to come first, from hands-on technical training — this event doesn't cover equipment, technique, or application at all. Coming in without that foundation means the material simply won't apply to where you're at yet.
Not an ongoing mentorship
If what you actually want is a personal, ongoing relationship with one advisor who gets to know your business over months or years, that's a different kind of program than this one. The Bootcamp is a concentrated, time-boxed event — you leave with tools and a plan, not a subscription.
Ready to fix the business, not just the schedule?
Apply for the next cohort and tell us where your spray foam business is stuck — sales, pricing, operations, or the numbers. We'll follow up to confirm it's the right fit.
